Following the invitation of Job Supporting Center and the Golden Key organization at RMIT University Vietnam, Le & Associates (L & A)‘s representative has attended at the “Interviewing Skills” meeting to share interviewing experiences for RMIT’s senior students.
In an open and friendly atmosphere, Ms. Tran Thuy Tram – L&A’s Director of Executive Search and Selection Department talked about the most important factors that can help new graduates successful in an interview. For her, apart from knowledge and skills learnt formally at school, it is indispensable that students be equipped with certain know – how on job interviews such as good preparation of documents, information, purposes and ways to answer different types of interviews, how to negotiate pays, etc. Moreover, students must be reasonably confident to be accepted and research more on career market through such HR consultancy companies as L&A to talk more effectively with recruiters.
The Q&A section is enthusiastically responded, which has left memorable experience for both RMIT senior students and L & A’s representative. After the sharing, L & A receives many internship applications and is looking forward to another chance to work with RMIT’s students in the near future.
